Description

Messiah is the only private Christian college in the country with an ABET-accredited undergraduate program that offers our unique mix of six types of engineering degree concentrations. You can choose to concentrate in biomedical engineering, civil engineering, computer engineering, electrical engineering, environmental engineering, mechanical engineering or have the option to not declare a concentration. And, for the past six years, Messiah University has been ranked as a “Best Undergraduate Engineering Program” in the U.S., by U.S. News and World Report.

Reviews

"The professors in the engineering department were so passionate and excited about teaching and mentoring... I ultimately chose a concentration in biomedical engineering because of my interest in the medical field. The curriculum combined engineering and physics with anatomy, kinesiology, and chemistry and that lined up perfectly with my skills and interests."

"Messiah is worth the investment of my time and resources because of the high quality education and preparation that is gives to the students. As a nursing major, I feel well equipped to start out my nursing career. I have many favorite professors, but my favorite class had been my Med Surg II nursing class because the professors were so supportive and helpful as always and I really enjoyed the topics taught in the class."

Reviews

“I enjoyed the chance to dig in-depth into so many different parts of the business world, from labor market economics to Super Bowl advertising to small business entrepreneurship. I also really appreciated getting to tackle projects that gave me the freedom to explore my own interests in a given area, and to get into deep discussions with my fellow classmates and professors. The opportunity to take an idea and run with it was invaluable and energized me to think deeply about the possibilities in my future career, including the complexities of living a spiritually-led life in the workplace."
